The Coach

Hi that's me on the left, with a friendly client. I recently moved to Australia from the UK with my family after over 27 years in Industry and commerce.

I have worked with many great people throughout my career and became involved in business transformation and culture change whilst working at a major energy provider in the UK, TXU and E.ON where I worked with a fantastic team of people with a firm belief in the power of the individual and how that can create a great business.

I was then introduced to the Coach Training Institute through a marvelous woman, Maria Banks (StradaInnovation)

My training encouraged my development in supporting people in achieving their dreams and helped me to learn and discover things in myself that had long been neglected.

I am a proud Yorkshireman, with a open and honest attitude, 'You take me as you find me' and I am keen to help everyone to discover what great people they are, and how many fantastic things can happen once they realise their full potential.

I don't want to sound like an evangelist but its great fun learning together new things and about yourself and beginning to understand what an impact you have on the world.

I have certificates in Coaching, Cert IV in training and assessment, Facilitation and all the paper stuff, but more importantly I am me, I am constantly learning from the world around me and the people I encounter,
